Common places
An integral parts of an apartment house MMLUCKYAPARTMENTS are two ski rooms – there is one always common for one apartment and one maisonette.
The dryer for 9 pairs of shoes (ski boots) is situated there, as well as ski and snowboard stand, clothes dryer and there is also bathroom and toilet available directly in the ski room.
In the first ski room you can find pool table and in the second there is little kitchen with table and seating.

The exterior for our guests offers the possibility of sitting in the gazebo, next to which they can use the fireplace for grilling, barbecue or cooking goulash . You can also experience moments of well-being on a swing at sunrise or sunset. A slide and a swing are available for the youngest guests. We are still working on beautifying the surroundings of our apartment house.

An apartment house is situated just 50 metres from the ski slope and 140 metres from valley station Lúčky – Výhliadka in the largest ski resort in Slovakia in Demänovská valley – Jasná.
Guests can choose from 4 individual apartment units 2x classic apartment with terrace and 2x duplex apartment with balcony.
In the house you can find two ski rooms.
Free parking place is available next to the house and it is monitored by camera system.
